Enhance your experience by linking your Vira account with your eligible therapist or coach. This connection allows them to remotely track your Vira data, review your mood reports, and arrange supportive messages and questionnaires to complement your care plan in the intervals between appointments. You have the flexibility to disconnect Vira from your therapist at any time within the app.

The mobile sensing platform of Vira has been developed over seven years of NIH-funded research at the Center for Digital Mental Health.
